Edward Tulane Lapbook

Have you heard about lapbooks!? They are my new favorite thing!

This summer we read "Indian in Cupboard" for a kids book club. Then we missed the actual book club...womp womp. I really wanted my kids to delve deeper. So I did some research and decided to make them an "Indian in the Cupboard" lapbook. They LOVED it. They thought it was so fun!

So flash forward to September. My daughter got a challenge to read a bunch of different genres from the librarian. It was so great!! She read "The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane". And because she isn't being challenged very much at school I decided to whip up another lapbook.



So this is extra work, it's like a book report (ugh right) but when she saw it she squealed! She couldn't wait to do it!! 
Yes!! Worth the extra work!



I think she will love having a collection of lapbooks!
